The idea of a healthier tan and a healthier environment was the main inspiration behind the creation of Rodasoleil. Even sunscreens with SPF aren’t completely harmless. Researchers estimate that 6,000–14,000 tonnes of sunscreen reach the world’s reefs every year, and according to Rodasoleil’s own figures, in six years their swimsuits have kept 700 tonnes of sunscreen out of the oceans.
Rodasoleil swimsuits are made from high-tech materials that allow sunlight to pass through, while providing protection equivalent to SPF 15-35, depending on the model. Like sunscreen, they offer a healthier and more even tan.
The patterns on all the swimsuits are specially designed by designers to "mask" intimate areas, such as the nipples. This is a lengthy and expensive process, but it ensures a unique and exclusive product range.
Rodasoleil swimsuits dry very quickly; the fabric is thin, so they take up little space in a suitcase.
You can wear the swimsuit not only at the beach or pool but also as casual wear.
