Loyalty programm

Our online store has a loyalty points system: with every order, you receive 5% of the order value back in points, which you can use towards your next or future purchases.

• Loyalty points are awarded only to registered online store users. If you shop without registering, points will not be added to your account — so please create an account before making a purchase.
• Points are accumulated every time you shop in our online store.
• The number of points you receive depends on the order value and is calculated at a ratio of 2:1. For example, if your order value is €200, you receive 100 points.
• Accumulated points are converted into a discount in euros at a ratio of 10:1. For example, 100 points give you a €10 discount.
• You can continue accumulating your discount and apply it to any order starting from your second purchase.
• Your loyalty discount can cover up to 100% of the order value.
• You can view information about your accumulated and used points by logging into your account.
