Fiber memory. Modal is highly elastic and durable. It does not shrink or stretch out even after many washes, helping garments maintain their original shape and aesthetics.
Care specifics	“Workhorse”. Cotton withstands higher temperatures, stronger spinning, and even tumble drying (although this shortens its lifespan). It is much easier to care for.	Requires gentleness. Since modal is often blended with elastane, it should be washed in cool water (30°C) and kept away from tumble dryer heat to preserve fabric structure.
Price & value	Accessible value. Cotton offers the best price-to-quality ratio for mass use. It is ideal for basics and frequently replaced garments.	Investment in comfort. The higher price reflects complex, eco-friendly production and premium quality. It’s for those who value “less but better” and long-term comfort.
