How to choose a bra size
To find your bra size in European system , you’ll need a tape measure and your best-fitting bra (preferably an underwire, not a minimizer or sports bra). Knowing you size in European system and using the tables below you will be able to convert it to French, Italian and USA systems.
Step 1. Measure your band size.
Measure your underbust in cm using a tape measure, making sure the tape is parallel with the ground. It should not be loose or binding. Exhale to get the smallest measurement possible. Find you band size with the help of the chart below.

Step 2. Measure your bust size
While wearing a non-padded bra, stand straight with your arms at your sides and measure the fullest part of your bust in cm. Make sure the measuring tape is parallel with the ground and not loose or binding
Step 3. Calculate your cup size
Subtract your band size from your bust size, and use the difference in cm to find your cup size on the bra size chart below.
